Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about our rent to rent, lettings and property management services.
What is Rent to Rent?
Rent to Rent is a property management solution where UPONaROCK leases your property for an agreed period and provides a fixed monthly rent. We then professionally manage the property, handle occupancy, coordinate maintenance and oversee the day-to-day operation of the property.
How does guaranteed rent work?
Under our guaranteed rent model, you receive an agreed monthly rental payment throughout the term of the agreement. This provides predictable income and reduces the uncertainty associated with void periods and tenant turnover.
Do I still own my property?
Yes. You remain the legal owner of the property at all times. Our role is to manage the property under a contractual agreement while helping you maximise the return on your investment and reduce management responsibilities
Who manages the tenants?
UPONaROCK STAYS manages the occupant sourcing and vetting process. We carry out appropriate checks and oversee day-to-day communication, helping to ensure the property is professionally managed throughout the agreement.
Who deals with maintenance?
We coordinate routine maintenance and property management matters during the agreement. Any significant repairs or capital improvements would be discussed with the property owner before any action is taken.
How long are agreements?
Agreement lengths can vary depending on the property and the landlord’s requirements. We offer flexible solutions and will work with you to agree a term that meets your objectives and provides long-term stability
Can I contact you before deciding?
Absolutely. We encourage landlords to discuss their requirements with us before making any decisions. We are happy to answer questions, explain our services and provide guidance on the most suitable solution for your property.
Still Have Questions?
Contact UPONaROCK today and we will be happy to discuss your property and answer any questions you may have.
